I use the standard exchange rate, which is 200k IGB = 1 TBT.
Because it takes a while to drop the bells, my max that I'll trade in one session is 10 mil, UNLESS you have a retail method setup, in which case I'll trade as much as you ask for up to 100 mil.

you need:
-a house next to or at least close to your town's re-tail shop
-an abd in that house
-a large amount of items you're willing to throw away (i'd recommend just having a ton of fruits handy)
how it works:
-fill every flea market space in your re-tail with an item set at max buy price (999,999 bells)
-i use the abd in the house nearby to quickly withdraw bells and go back and forth from there to re-tail, buying everything you put up for sale (this is why fruit is good to use, that way i can get rid of it by eating and quickly make space)
-you keep replacing the sold items until i've bought enough to reach your quota
-the next in-game day at 6am, all the bells i bought your items with will be in your abd!
