[Parody] Nintendo 1DS Announcement!

This made me laugh because it makes no sense. 3D is stuff like a sphere or cube. 2D is stuff like a circle or square. 1D can't even be put into any visual at all so the 1DS is still 2D because you can see it.
For example, 3? can be visually presented as a 3?3?3 cube (3D). 3? can be visually presented as a 3?3 square (2D). However, there is no way to visually present 3?. It can only be presented numerically.

I laughed at the nods scene. You give us money and you get nothing! LOL, but the 1DS isn't possible.

I think they were just playing with words for comedic effect. The scary thing is, in my view, is that it might be possible to create a flat, yet fully functional DS console in the future, considering the research into flexible circuits and flexible LCD/LED screens.

Yeah, but saying that it is 1 demensional would still not be true. It would still be 2 demensional.

This is true. Something that's 1D would be a point of shape that never exceeds the fraction of its given plane/boundary limit. Basically, it would be something that's invisible to the naked human eye.

If you think about it, it has to do with shapes really easily. Like a square has four sides. A triangle has three sides. Two parallel line segments are technically two sides. There are so many of them that they make up space and hence why you can see in 2 dimensions. And something that has one side would basically just be a line segment. Shapes in the real world have line segments on the edge of them all the time. We may think we can see them, but the line is so 1 dimensional that your eye can't see the point of it. If you expanded it by one fraction of a degree even you'd be able to see it. And this is a very in-depth explanation, and awww

- repeats all of that in speed racer voice with a haha mixed in every so often -
