Cycling Palette Temporary Cycling~! IN: Eugene OUT:

Just a very very very temporary cycling thread until i get Papi in boxes so they can be moved to my main town which has the same name lol. If i received the villager from a user on here they will be free but if they were a random move in i will be selling them. Once i get everyone out that i think people will want, the town will be reset and i'll cycle on.

Rules
~ you can run to their houses
~ must have good wifi (and be in decent standing with me which most people are)
~ please respect me on this thread
~ Tier 5's will be autovoided unless requested to be taken off
~ Do not sell off a villager you get from me, if i find out you will be given a negative wifi rating and then added to my ignore list. It's very rude to profit off a villager given to you even if you bought them.
~ Only accepting BTB at this time

Reserving
~Under special circumstances a villager can be reserved
~If you help me transfer Papi you will be allowed to reserve any villager for free and if they are a Tier 1/2 you will have a reduced adoption fee when they are ready.

Lurking
~ is allowed
~ lurkers will have a head start before the villager is announced to the thread for anyone
~ please limit your lurks to 3 villagers only
