I remember seeing Harriet in the Direct. I am assuming she is how you unlock things like Blue Hair. Snce I am making a Sailor Moon themed island, I will be needing Blue Hair for Ami, when I make her.

Question is, if it is Harriet that gves you the other hair colors, how do you get her to show up.

I know you can get blue hair by purchasing the other hair colors with Nook miles. Are you referring to something different from that?

Really? I don't remember seeing them in there. How do you unlock those? I have seen Hair STYLES but not Colors.

Yeah, you go into the nook miles shop and there is a hair color item. It costs like 3k miles though. Mine wasn't unlocked the first day, I didn't see it in the shop for a few days.

You can get different hair colors from the Stylish Hair Colors pack. I have it and blue is one of the options.
