Ok, according to the list Keaton is tier 5. Usually villagers in tier 5 are given away. But.. I'm going to offer 80,000 or 90,000. I don't really want you to just have to give him away, you know? Let me know if that amount is too little for you.

I'll take 90,000 also can I see what list you used to see what tier? One I looked at said 3 I think mine is outdated
