of course! yes, tbt is the bells you have on the forum. if you look at the left side bar of your post you'll see how many you have. you currently have 56, and you can get more by posting and replying to threads(-:

yes, you click on their bell amount, and you'll see you can transfer bells. you type in the amount and an optional note and then it will transfer!(-:
