I agree i hate ovaries and my uterus and anything to do with menstruation... Absolutely disgustingly painful. Having said that tho, i think my favourite would have to be the brain

Favorite organ is now gall bladder, only because I no longer have one anymore and miss it. RIP

Least fave is definitely the female reproductive stuff.

I'm a big fan of my organs. Personally, I like all of them, but if i had to go without one i think i'd choose my reproductive system. anyway yeah i think i'd rate my organs a firm 9.5/10 (the 0.5 lost is because i'm ugly).
