Ordinance question?

So i've been kinda lazy with acnl this past week, and i'm getting a little sick of water all my flowers everyday, so i'm gonna put the beautiful town ordinance into effect. My question is if i put the ordinance into effect tonight, will there still be wilted flowers the next day since i didn't water them today?

I don't -think- there will be any wilted flowers in the morning, since I don't recall from when I switched mine over to Beautiful. But I'm fairly certain it'll fix them all right up. Just don't quote me on that.

From what I've heard it should fix them all up but I could be wrong.

I think they will, the ordinance goes in affect at 6 AM and I think that it has low priority. I'm not sure. You should water them just in case.

I think you need to water them.
