Orchard Brainstorming

I currently have a perfect apple orchard in my second town. A giant one- it takes up my entire town! I'd like to be able to turn it into a source of income on TBT. Should I charge a BTB fee to enter? Ask for a percentage of profit in IGB? And for both of those- how much would be reasonable?

I've never heard of someone charging people to just walk through their town orchards. You could probably make a nice profit selling baskets of them since perfect fruit sells much better than regular ones and there are always people on here looking for apples/perfect apples.

I should have specified, I mean charging people in, say TBT to have a set amount of time in my town to pick apples to sell on their own?
