I think you will just automatically rebattle Glalie when that happens. I saw this video where the guy kept fainting Glalie until his Swampert was Lv. 100.

It has a 100% catch rate. Just throw a Pokeball and it'll automatically be caught.

lmao poor Glalie. I thought that too but I was too angry at myself that I shut the game too quickly.
