Buying or [Trading] for a non-japan 5iv ditto with 0iv attack!

by 0iv attack, i mean that when the judge checks your ivs, it says "no good." i can buy this for some sum of tbt (around 200-300 tbt), or i can trade the following:

• a 5iv japanese ditto with decent attack
• a shiny hattena without its hidden ability
• a master ball
