I've been trying to spawn hybrid blue roses in my cycling town and no luck at all
So it might just be better to buy/trade.
All I need is 2 pairs of blue roses so I can breed them easier.
I can trade with IGB, TBT, or
Hybrids of the following:
Blue pansies
Blue violets
Pink roses
Purple roses
Orange roses
Orange pansies
Gold roses
Black roses
Black lilies
Pink lilies
Pink cosmos
Pink tulips
White carnations
Pink carnations
Red carnations
