he's blowing out of town like petals on the wind on the 26th (my reminder)

I REALLY want this to be a quick and easy auction/sale, and would like the trade completed within the next two hours if possible!!!

OK! Auctions start at 5mil.
500k minimum increase
ends in two hours from now (i reserve the right to change this at any time)
buyout can be either 25mil
or 20 mil and afternoon tea set .

(i'd prefer a nice quick buyout, but yanno, whatever!)

-if you have a wifi feedback score of less than 5, I'd like to take extra precautions when completing the trade, and will ask you to pay first in my main town, before collecting marshal in my cycle town.
This is easier for me anyway. I am more than willing for you to vet me too, and check that marshal is in my town and etc etc by coming to visit first. I will be saving frequently during the trade, as I do have a crappy internet. This is to make it safe for both of us!-
