Buying (Or borrowing!) Ornate shoes and hat

Hello! Fairly new player, just started in January. Trying to pass Gracie's fashion check and need some ornate clothing. I have a dress and bottoms/top as well as socks. I need a hat and the shoes. I don't need to keep them! But I can pay regardless! Just passing the check and cataloguing is fine with me.
