I'm seeing multiple people saying I shouldn't replace her with Poppy. If so, who should I replace her with?

In an attempt to be helpful, what is it that draws you to Poppy? What are the elements of her that you'd want in your town? What villagers might share those elements? E.g., if it's sentimental attachment from another town, no one could replace it; if it's personality/design, you could probably find someone similar who's also interesting. Or do you have any other dreamies that might fit in well?

I served her coffee once and she was extremely nice. She also reminds me of Molly, a villager I used to have. I also need a peppy/normal type villager in my town.

Then I say go for her! It'll be nostalgic, and the coffee experience is a good memory.
