Opening gates, looking for visitors

I'm having trouble lately with connections in the game ( for some reason I connect only with some people). I need a little help from you. There's a high probability you get an error when trying to visit me. Leave your FC if you wanna help <3.

That is one possibility, I've tried everything that the link suggest, I have read every thread I could find on the issue (mine is 018 0512 most of the time) and the error is random and only with some people, looks like is on nintendo's end.
