Golden Tools - 250k + 1 Gold Nugget:
Net, fishing rod, axe, shovel, slingshot and watering can all require one standard tool (not flimsy!) And a gold nugget. The asking price for each tool is 250k + 1 gold nugget.
So, if you'd like a gold axe for example, I would ask for the materials, money and one gold nugget on top of that.
I do not accept NMT's
Note: All gold tools WILL eventually break.

Pitfalls! - 25k:
So far, I've seen these as pretty hard to come by in this game...
Once obtained you can teach yourself to craft them simply by digging one up!
They require:
Clump of weeds x4,
Tree branch x6
Pretty simple... If you'd like one they are 25k + materials
Misc items - 10k:
Iron armour (iron nugget x8)
Gold bars (gold nugget x3)
Kettle bathtub (iron nugget x8, wood x2, campfire x1)
Knitted grass backpack (clump of weeds x20)
Cosmos shower (pink cosmos x5, iron nugget x3)
Pansy table (yellow pansies x5, hardwood x3)
