Only getting the Town Hall Renovation project options on my PWP list

So I went to speak to Isabelle today about building a new PWP but the only three options I'm getting are the Town Hall Renovation project. I thought it was a glitch at first so I restarted the game but it is the same.
Has anyone had this before? Does it mean that I already have too many PWP's in my town to build anything new or is something wrong with my game?

Pretty sure it only means that you already have max amount of PWP If you demolish something, the other PWPs should reappear!

I think you may be right. I just read that you can only have a maximum of 30 PWP's. I didn't really think I had that many since a lot of the ones I have are quite small and insignificant (street lamps, clocks and what not).
I have demolished the fence (a pretty useless PWP in my opinion and I got it right after I started the game ) so I hope this is sorted out tomorrow. I'll probably have to clear a few more of the useless ones.

The mayor is allowed "30" Public Works Projects at any given time. No more than that number. When you reach that number, and try to build another Project, all that comes up are the Train Stations and Town Halls. (Meaning, the available designs outside the one you currently use.)

What you would have to do is eliminate something to make room for anything you may want to do.

I just didn't realize I already had that many since so many of them are small and don't take up much space. But that makes perfect sense.

Also if you have 3 bridges that counts as 3 pwps so really you can only get 29 pwps because you always need at least one bridge in the town

Yeahh! Good point. I couldn't find 30 and thought I was going mad for a moment until you brought up the bridges.

I found that out that hard way. I was counting pwps because i was close to 30. Right after i commissioned a statue fountain a villager recommended a jungle gym, which it a pwp i was waiting for so I went into the next day ready to put in my jungle gym and the same thing happened to me, just train stations and town halls showed up. i knew i wasn't at 30 so i went to delete one and saw all 3 of my bridges and just though "Oh...."
