Lol, Im not a nut dont worry!.

Now, Yesterday for MANY reasons i was depressed and i mean, BADLY, I was half way through contemplating taking a dip in a concrete swimsuit when my iTunes loaded a One Piece opening (in spoiler below)(I had been listening to some depressing tunes for some odd reason xD). And EVERY one piece opening makes me rock out mentally, so i did and this causes me to cheer up alot. So I was so happy that today i was basically really happy and doing REALLY outrageous things (like taking my top off and dancing + Singing to Cartmans cover of 'PokerFace'). So if your EVER depressed i suggest you do what i did, and what you should do is LEARN the lyrics in the English verse, then build up then when it says 'SAIL ALL THE WAY TO' you should crouch, then when it says 'ONE PIECE' jump up and just rock out, it REALLY helps.

Anyway, Hope you enjoy the song and hopefully you wont need to resort to it to much.

-Notes:
1. Its loud at the beginning so turn your sound down a little.
2. This has been edited a little, theres none of the OP scenes in the Orig but this was the only one with English subs.

....Heh.... Hehe...

I don't think many people can cure depression by listening to an intro for an Anime, but uh, i guess everyone's different in their own way.

I found it works quite well with some of my friends. Even like two who HATE and i mean H-A-T-E All Anime and what it stands for.

or you can always do the simple option and get some friends.

Sometimes it's people who make people depressed so sometimes you need ways to cope by yourself, not always of course.

I had bipolar depression for months...

Surprisingly enough a form of lithium cured me and not the theme to an anime show :0

Whudda thunk it?

I dont use medicine to cure My problems. I dont agree with them in anyway, shape or form.

@Gnome. I do have friends, I just have patches of terrible depression and patches of like being mellow Etc.

Well the other option would be to let the depression continue and get electric shock treatment...

I'm happy with my decision

Lithium is not a medicine, really. True it's a molecule like any other drug, but it is administered as a very simply compound. The fact of the matter is that people with bipolar disorder have problems with neurotransmitters in the brain, and lithium is able to block certain neurotransmitters and prevent manic episodes. Bipolar disorder has also been linked with abnormalities in certain brain structures.

I understand the stigma drugs have, but the fact is is that some things simply do not get better on their own. Some psychological disorders are probably best treated without drug therapy, but for nearly every kind of disorder the best treatment is one that combines therapy with drugs. It is rather unfortunate the way people's perception of others changes when they find out they are on, or have been on, drugs. Like Ciaran said, the absolute last resort for treating depression is electroconvulsive therapy, which can lead to long-term memory loss.

Never really got into One Piece. Watched one episode and got bored. XD

Although I just isolate myself in my room and listen to some J-Pop when I'm like depressed. Or just pick up a pen and pour my heart and soul into my manga I'm working on.

The fact of the matter is that people with bipolar disorder have problems with neurotransmitters in the brain, and lithium is able to block certain neurotransmitters and prevent manic episodes. Bipolar disorder has also been ]Idc how its taken, in MY eyes its a drug. And im against them in every way. I've seen what they make people do and turn them into. Noone and NOTHING will make me change my stance on theese things. If i had my way, they'd all be banned. I've lead a VERY good and happy life without them damn things andwithout any form of 'Treatment'. Im in the 'Top catorgory' of Aspergers Syndrome+ADHD meaning I SHOULD be taking them. But i never did, i now have 7 GCSEs, All i need to do is get my maths to a C and i can take most jobs i want.

I know this explantion MAY sound self indulgent, Bull*censored.2.0*ty or something else but its the truth and my opinion, and if 8 doctors telling me what theese things do and me telling them where to stick it doesnt change my decision i doubt you can :/

And imo i think theese drugs+Treatments are the lazy way for parents, so instead of just listening to the child and living with it they resort to drugs which DONT NEED to be taken. I've already said this to many people, if my kids had (which they prob will since its hereditry) ADHD+Aspergers or something similer I'd do it the old fashioned way and just bring up the child normally, rather than resorting to drugs. People rely to much on drugs today and thats the problem. Instead of doing the hard work they resort to a pill. Headaches for example, something like 78% of people who get a headache go STRAIGHT for a pill, but do you know its something as simple as getting a glass of water and taking a 15minute break to cure a headache? And a migrane you can take a nap for. but today people simply go to the store, spend
