One villager moved out and one in, can I tt?

One villager moved out and one moved in. Can I tt to the day before the villager moved out or will it be bad?

Can the villager moving out, stay in town and then the villager moving in not come in?

If you've saved anytime after the villager moved out and another moved in, then if you TT to before A moved out and B moved in it won't work. But if you TT to before it without saving after B moved in I think it will work. I've TTed a lot and it didn't damage my clock except for making my internal clock go a little out of whack.

Huh? I have saved the leave and the move in, can I go back without the loss of those villagers (lily and barold)

If you started as mayor while or after the mover is in boxes or the incoming has a plot, there's no changing it if that's what you mean.
