One sentence AC story.

To pass some time I was thinking we start a game. Each post is one sentence adding to a over all story of life in AC. I think it would be a nice way to pass time and come together a bit.
Rules: Keep it clean.
Can be wacky and silly but try to keep the story going.
Wait till the next page to post again.
One full Sentence per post (no run ons).

Hope you all join in! Guess I'll start.

I stepped off the train, a small town stood before me.

My eyes instantly saw Egbert staring back at me.

By the way, your own sentence is a run-on.

 

[Blues]

I stared back, frozen with fear.

(How did I know you'd do that?)

 

[Superpenguin]

Oh poo. I disobeyed the rules. I can't post again until the next page. :/

 

[Blues]

Say, AoJones, let's just not do the one post per page rule. We've only got three guys doing this.

Suddenly he charged at me, but at least it was not Tom Nook.

It was a red-hot angry Resetti.

Quickly, I turned away to run, but it was too late.

"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE! DO YOU THINK YOU'RE ABOVE THE RULES!" Ressetti yelled at me.

Drops of spit came flying into my face each time he said a word, he was constantly yelling, not letting me say anything.

But I knew I had a secret weapon stashed somewhere, I think, in my back pocket!

I decided to go to the island instead.

I ran to the boat, Resetti yelling and chasing me.

"My battery died! Please leave me alone!" I shouted over my shoulder with an audible groan.

 

[Netbook]

I hopped into Kapp'n's boat and we sailed off without Resetti.

 

[Blues]

But, unbeknownst to me, Resetti owned a rather nice single-man kayak.

The kayak raced after me and Kapp'n. "Step on it!" I yell to Kapp'n.

a balloon shows up...the end!

The balloon flies into Resetti's face.
