So, I reset my town a week ago and I've been thinking about what theme I'm gonna go for. At first, I was just gonna make a natural town (since I've never actually completed a town before, it'd be nice to choose something simple) but there are probably a million natural towns out there.
Then I came up with the idea to make a natural/futuristic town (natural paths, flowers etc. but with futuristic houses/pwp's) but I'm not sure how I'd do it. I'm thinking about creating characters for my favorite YouTubers too but, again, not sure how I'd design their houses and stuff.
If anyone has any ideas on how to design the houses/town I'd really appreciate it since I'm not great at town design.

... Or, actually, that gives me another idea! Maybe you could create a town that has a lot of natural aspects, but something still seems slightly off -- and that's because the town is actually populated by... aliens. o-o You could have a crash landing site, populate your town with alien-esque villagers (like Ruby) or just ones who seem like they would be space explorers (like Boomer). I don't think I've ever seen that done before, so it's something to think about, at least. xD; But either way, incorporating futuristic elements gives you lots of options to do cool things!
