I had forgotten about perfect town ratings up until the other day when I decided I needed the golden watering can. Went to town hall, apparently I had had a perfect town all that time because the first day was "wow it's perfect" the second was "it's been perfect for 15 days so have this". I bet nothing in game will ever be that easy for me again x)

I was amazed.
