Okay I can't contain my excitement. I just started my new town Dewmoore, got circular grass, Apples as native Fruit, fauna, mint and felicity as villagers and a perfect Map.
So BRB while I cry of happiness ;-;

Anyway, are you guys happy with your town layout and native Fruit? :3

When I made my current town, I didn't have the usual 14 requirements I usually have =p I wanted a very certain river shape though (a small one that pretty much stays in the bottom corner, making an "island" of sorts.). I also wanted the plaza in the center of that island. Besides that, my only other requirement was to have either cherries or pears (I wasn't allowed to have peaches or apples). Unfortunately, I had to make a bit of a sacrifice and ended up with oranges (my 3rd place choice). But everything else was great, down to having circle grass, a yellow town hall, and the right river/plaza layout, so I stuck with it.

I also started with one of my dreamies, so that was a factor with me keeping that map as well. Having oranges isn't a huge game ruiner for me, so I'm toughing it out

I'm happy with my map for Bunifrey. Balamb, not so much, but that's because I was a total noob and didn't realize I could map reset and thought my only choices were the four original ones.

But I have all my perma-villagers now and I'm oddly attached to it, imperfections and all.

Aah those were the days where you had no idea your conversation with Rover had an impact on your character's face XD

When I made my town two years ago, I didn't know map resetting was a thing. xD I am very pleased with my town though. If it had any imperfections, I worked around them. I have oranges (which for some reason I ALWAYS have oranges in AC games >.>) triangle grass, my river is in a perfect location, as is my town hall and plaza. Also, I only have one pond so that makes me happy too. My map wouldn't be perfect to most people, I am assuming, but it is perfect to mee~ c:

I was pretty neutral about my town at first. The town hall is right beside the plaza in the upper right hand corner of my map. But my river is complicated and it still bugs me to this day. But I did get one of my dream he's when I first started out, so that's pretty cooooo.

I made my town 2+ years ago and I didn't know anything about animal crossing because this is my first an game so I just picked the first map that was given to me because I didn't know you could switch maps. My plaza is on the top left side and the town all on the top right side from the train station. My native fruit is Pears which I really don't like. I should restart my town but I've worked to heard and have to many items and almost all my dreamies.

That sounds awesome! As long as you're happy about it then everybody else should be too :3

When I started my first town I didn't know about map resetting. However I got an awesome map which I still miss :(.
I didn't know about dreamies either, or even landscaping (not much at least).
The reason I reset that town was because I was only 8 years old when I made it, so my town was really goofy :D.

My second town I only had three conditions for: blue train station, town hall that isn't yellow, and apples. I got all of them.
What I didn't notice when I was looking around was there was a really annoying rock AND the town hall and train station
didn't match. I also discovered a whole new way of playing the game, (landscaping and dreamies) so I decided to reset
again.

My third town Haven took weeks of map resetting to find and even then it didn't meet all my conditions. I was happy
though, and decided to keep it. I started landscaping, cut down all my trees and laid down patterns. Halfway through
this process I realized that I had done everything really wrong. I couldn't be bothered to start all over again so I
reset a fourth time.

My currant town took me less than a day to find. I love it and will probably keep it forever. It will take a long
time to finish though, because I'm now addicted to Fantasy Life.

Funny enough, I knew I could change maps but knew nothing of how to choose my face xD Anyway, I'm not 100% happy with my town map but I think I've made it work so far. I also didn't have any good starter villagers, except for maybe Merengue who was my 6th move in. That being said, I wish I had known about plot resetting because Shari moved in right in front of my house, but I like her too much and don't want to get rid of her...

I got circle grass, apples, Whitney and awesome town layout+ more xD

And red train station and blue mayor

Congratulations on getting such a great town! :D

I am happy with the way my town is! I knew about map resetting when I made it, but funny enough the first map that Rover showed me had a really nice layout so I just took that one. My starting villagers weren't great but I figured I'd just move them all out eventually. I got pears as my fruit, which wasn't my top choice but the only fruit I really didn't want was apples so I was happy. The layout was the most important to me and I really liked the layout so I was satisfied. It's been 1.5 years and I'm still living in Beyond. :)

That's so awesome! I've never gotten a good layout atleast the first five resets bc apparantly rover doesn't like me very much XD But that's the great thing about animal crossing; if you do something that you didn't like you can always just reset and do it over again. That also prevents the game from getting really boring!
