omg villagers can cancel plans??? WHAT

i was waiting in my house for like 10 minutes for diana and then i thought maybe she asked me to go to her house but no she's just walking around and she told me she forgot she had other plans??
is this new because this never happened before lol

Tbh, it's never happened to me but I have invited villagers over before and had them never show up, or show up a few minutes after the supposed meeting time. I've also had villagers get mad at me and claim I bailed on them when it was really them who didn't show up. But that's interesting, i've never had a snooty do that before to me or any other personality. I wonder why the game cancels plans with villagers sometimes because as far as I know, it seems villagers aren't all that busy half of the time.

Later talked to them, and they mentioned "oh about our meeting, I forgot".

Oh yeah, we did arrange that. Good thing they forgot too .
