The top screen is from the Arcade version of Mario Kart. Which has a built in camera in the machine, look at the lower left of the screen.
And well, lowers screen is meh.

1. That's Mario Kart GP, the arcade version of it. But the bottom screen is Mario Kart.
2. Even if you don't know about either one, it's always nice to use common sense too, look at the road, the top screen, the road is curving right, but on the bottom screen, it's straight, also, bottom screen says Mario's sixth, top says third. And well, most of the other stuff, you could figure out.
