OMG I just accidentally gave Coco a piece of rotten fruit and I feel awful. :(

So Coco pinged me to get a piece of fruit. I figured, okay no problem. I shook a tree and it died. I picked up the fruit and gave her a random piece, complete forgetting that dead trees have a piece of rotten fruit that drops.

Now she's walking around town with the sad/sick emotion and I feel so bad.

Well, as soon as you walk into your house or anything, she will be back to her peppy ways.

You can always write her a letter with a gift attached to make up those brownie points.

Yeah, this does unfortunately decrease friendship points, but you can mail them a present and always do their other tasks or meetings with them to make up for those lost points.

i once gave boone a rotten fruit instead of a perfect one, and i felt sO BAD that i just hit the power button and reset ;;;; kind of a dumb reason to reset but i hadn't done much since my last save and i would redo it all than live with the fact that i once gave a villager rotten food...

I gave Kid Cat a rotten apple unknowingly too. I didn't know at the time that we can get rotten fruit, lol. Now I'm always on the lookout for them.
