Literally spent weeks trying to envision a team for both games, not sure what I'm gonna do. Might actually just restart AS after claiming Beldum and trade them to my OR copy, start off with Torchic so I can train Lotad.

My initial play-through team is made up of pokes I either haven't used before, or haven't used in years (plus Lickilicky obv):

Solrock
Vanilluxe
Honchkrow
Toxicroak
Lanturn
Lickilicky

I'm not in the game right now so can't remember off the top of my head the moves etc. If I run into issues with balancing I have a box of other pokes ready, but I'd like to give these guys a good go. They're all trained with a variety of moves and the special attackers have been specially hidden power bred. But tbh I've found over the years that the in-game battles up to (and often including) the elite 4 aren't difficult with EV trained pokes ^^

Currently my team is a mess, I'm not going to keep all of these through the whole game. I love the variety in Hoenn, so I'll be switching around a lot until I get halfway probably. And I'm trying this time to nickname my Pokemon with human names, it's been a bit weird, but I kind of like it!
