Olivia gave me medicine?!

I got stung by a bee and I talked to Flo (uchi) and she gave me some medicine then I spoke to Olivia to see what joke she would make about my face and instead she gave me medicine !? I didn't know snooty villagers did that!

On another note now I have an extra medicine heck yes

I've had it happen to me with Rocket (no surprise), but also with Lolly, Stinky and Punchy. I think anyone has a chance of doing it if your friendship is high enough with them.
