I put up a new thread to auction her. Idk what BTB is equivalent, but I think she is original.
I blocked my retail with apples, and haven't changed any phrases. She's the first villager to leave town.

No, I don't require any deposit to reserve them. All you have to do is tell me you want them when you see me announce they've moved in. ^^ Since he's a Tier 2 villager, however, he won't be free to adopt.

(I hope that's ok with you. Maybe I should remove the bit about lurking and reservations since, honestly, I'm kinda confused by them..? )
