Basically, this is the investigation so far:

Well, 'the16' is still unknown, but we have found that the number 16 has a LOT to do with the bear site, thanks to Bambam. Most of the site uses a number to alphabet style to translate some words- but we've found that there can be meaning in both the words and numbers. Later on I messed with the URL and got to this site: http://www.freewebs.com/100soulbears. 'go to 19-15-21-12', the mysterious 'go to soul' translation has us confused.

If you want my honest opinion, I think there's a connection between 'soulbears' and 'go to soul'.
