uh i mostly take pictures with miiverse, but if you have pictures saved on your sd card you could take it out and insert it into your computer or use some website that lets you post pictures from your 3ds to twitter or something (i forgot what it's called but it should show up if you google it)
but with miiverse you need an account and then every time you want to take a picture you press the home button and open miiverse. then choose how to post the picture, post it, and then you'll have it saved in high quality on miiverse. then just go on your computer, save the photo, and upload it on here :>
You can use Nintendo Image Share to upload pictures from your 3DS if you have a Tumblr,Twitter or Facebook account.I use Twitter and it works pretty well.

Here's another way to upload 3DS images but it's not always available for use unfortunately.A Reddit user came up with this a couple of years ago and it works very well......when it actually is working.I think the picture quality is slightly better than Nintendo Image Share.I uploaded some pics a few minutes ago so it's currently working.
I usually upload them to my facebook, since I have an AC album on there, and if I want to post them elsewhere I just save them and upload them on another site. Or sometimes I'll put the SD card from my DS in the spot on my laptop and download all the pictures at once.
I usually take them in-game, pause game and go to home menu, open internet browser (since you can have an app plus one of the top functions open at the same time), log onto Facebook, and download it there. That way I don't have to take any chances of damaging anything by taking out the card.
