Another thing *CAUTION: DOING THIS WILL DELETE EVERY ONE OF YOUR FILES, MAKE SURE IMPORTANT FILES ARE SOMEWHERE ON A DRIVE* you might consider doing, try deleting all of your computer's data completely, if you can find a installation of whatever windows system you have and insert it in, it has the option to just wipe out your computer and restart fresh. The thing is, you're going to have to get your online drives all over again and that's a pain, I recommend it if you know where to get drives and such. If you have Windows Vista, then their installation CD's don't have this feature, and if you lost yours I think on the windows site there's some wipe-out program. This feature even deletes the virus from the system, and next time be cautious about what you download.
