It's been like 1 and a half hour since it started.
Looks like they surrendered now.

The driver has been going on the 605 freeway for ten times! xD
I'm glad the cops got him though.
The reporter says they don't know what cuased this non-sense.
I'll tell you more tomorrow!

EDIT: there was 4 passengers and one armed driver
