I don't care too much when they put their house on top of trees or hybrids... I can grow them back in no time. But I HATE it when I finally get a good road/pathway and they put their house RIGHT on top of it. It really irks me when the road is not the way I want it to be ._. Benjamin is the only villager I kept after a bad house placement (right in front of my bridge) because I found some nice way to work around it >.>

I've never had a villager move on hybrids, but I have had people move on my perfect fruit trees. Good thing they were nice.
