(Offline)Need help landscaping flowers and putting down paths

Hello I would like some help figuring out where to put my QR paths and w/ placing flowers in groups (ex. roses, tulips, etc.). I will also allow you to cut down trees/ dig up stumps in order to make room for the paths. For whoever comes into my town, I will give each participant 500k bells.

While in my town you will be allowed to:
Fish/Catch bugs (it is currently raining, so the coelacanth will be available)
Pick weeds/clovers
Dig up x's
Visit PWP's
Visit retail/ buy any non-bush start items
Do any of the main street activities (shop, get fortune told, etc.)
Collect any fruits you happen to find
Collect seashells
Catalog anything on the ground
Talk to villagers/collect signatures
