Buying [Offline]Bush starts, hybrids 1mil for every ten items

I prefer to buy in groups of 10.
(even if it's a variety of ten things)
I will pay 1 mil for every ten items.
It can be ten of the same items or mixed from the list.

I won't accept under ten items.
It's just easier for me to do a flat rate
so please don't offer unless you're willing to accept my terms.
Limit to 20 items per offer please.
