The ONM Website posted today, that 'new information' had been leaked regarding the Animal Crossing 3DS game, sadly it was SUPER bland and didn't really make much sense..

'Nintendo showed off a new new Animal Crossing trailer at E3 2011 and now Eguchi has revealed a few new details.

"I can't go into too much detail, but players will be able to arrange their furniture the way they like, and we'll be offering new networking experiences," said Eguchi.'

as minor as that is, what do you guys think it may be? :)

I wish they'd set a release date... *facepalm*

I should totally follow this guy's advice when talking about my games.
"It's a video game you play on your computer, and you control the main character, and sometimes you can get stuff"

I THINK possibly by customizable furniture, since you're the mayor, in certain public buildings? Like the town hall or something? or maybe he means the furniture for outside?

ok this is the full message he said....."To those Animal Crossing fans, I just would like them to know that there’s progress and we should be able to offer a new download movie soon. As for features and specs of the game, I can’t go into too much detail, but players will be able to arrange their furniture the way they like, and we’ll be offering new networking experiences."

The message says ARRANGE their furniture anyway they like, NOT CUSTOMIZE.

Personally, I think this means that we will be able to place furniture in eight directions instead of four. So, put an armchair diagonally facing in the corner of the room. I've always wanted to do that. OR The passage could just mean that some furniture can be hung on walls.

As for the "new networking experiences," maybe those wishes of the city or Able Sister's turning into wifi enabled areas will be granted by Nintendo!!

the proper ONM review of it comes out on the 7th this month,
hopefully a release date and infomation?

Do you mind if I ask how you are sure of this? Do you subscribe to the ONM, if you did then we would love to hear about the article they post.

It would be nice if the friend code system was changed... I don't know maybe make a Wi-Fi Lobby where you can chat or something and make "friends" and visit towns and whatnot... Going on forums and posting friend codes and such can just become a little tedious.

You know the 3DS only uses one Friend Code per system, right?

FFFF YEEERRRR

That's the thing, I don't like friend codes at all. I think they are a pretty poor system implemented by Nintendo. It is supposed to protect kids or whatever from strangers... but it is just annoying to have to go through all the work of registering people and then your list can get full...
I also want there to be an easier way of communicating with friends (like if someone is going to have their gate open you don't need to rush to your town gate and tell the ******** dog that you wanna go out, you will be told whilst playing). I don't really like the letter system...
