Offering any amount of bells for someone to help my town after I've been asleep!

I need help from anyone who is willing to do so! I have been asleep for a while and have lost control of my town. I am offering any amount of bells I have available that is appropriate to anyone kind enough to help me get back in shape.

I also need to visit someones town who has a hair salon because I have major bed head!!
