While that is true, I must point out a rule on the front page that I stand firm on:

CYCLER'S DISCRETION.

This covers all manner of things. Basically, I'm simply stating MY THREAD, MY RULES. If I decide to change my mind about something and you don't like it, tough cookies. I will do my best to stay fair, but this IS my game, so I choose who gets what villager and when.
