I just saw Fang for free on tumblr, unfortunately he was just taken.. :/ Try searching the "villager trade", "villager adopt, "villager adoption" tags on tumblr. Also (not to be this kinda person) if your cousin ever wants to give up Kiki, I'll gladly pay bells for her ;-; heh. Good luck finding Fang!!
