I've been trying to get the 100 approval rating since I reset my town, so it might take awhile for my cycling to start again. ^^;

While I'm still floating around this thread;
If you talk to each villager and then just end the day and move to the next day you get +3 approval for each villager you talk to. (can even say nothing when they ask whats up for it) If you wait until you have 8 villagers that's 24% added a day, and with the other oddbits ~town flag etc you can get 100% in 3 days within 15 minutes. ;D
