Yes & yes! I'll definitely PM & send a visitor message to the winner. I'll give them about two hours to pick him up too. :)

Note to all entrees: Since he's fairly popular, if I see the winner trade/sell/auction him within a month, I'll blacklist them. It's not fair to those who could get their dream villager for free. I hope you understand.

I think he's cute but he's not my cuppa tea either.
I just hope that he makes someone else really happy.

Yes, of course. The raffle ends anywhere from 3-5pm PST. Just make sure you have an extra villager slot if you're the winner. :)
