If I recall correctly, Storm got de-admined from Nsider 2 in a bogus move by the admin, EJRaven, after Storm put hours of work into helping build the forum.

Now, EJRaven forced 2 of his hardest-working, 'popular in the community', admins, in another bush league move on his part.

He's building up his forum and site, and making a bunch of money from ads and stuff, but could care less about other people (fellow staff and the community members).

I will go in there under shade and disguise and undermine this fascist regime the only way I know how.... explosives, then I will free the slaves and enjoy a nice bottle of green tea when all done

Seriously I might go over there and give em a piece of my mind...

Got it. Could you delete my comment on there? I put quick instead of quit.

-_- I'll resign it later.

;)

little plain, but it'll do.

Well, most of the staff wasn't that good anyways. Andrea wanted to resign, although she did actually help a lot.

Right now the Mods were a bunch of members who sucked up to the admins.

The forums don't suck, it's really just most of the staff that does. In my opinion.

I agree.

And I have no idea who made the site... someone showed it to me like half an hr. before I posted this.

;)

This was never a surprise to me. Right when NSider closed I knew there would be sites like this. And they all are. NSider2 seemed like it had the most chance, especially after I was able to promote more of a democratic staff. I knew I had the most experience there, but I didn't know how to use my knowledge without coming across as arrogant. However, that didn't actually matter anyway because I was demoted for asking too many questions according to EJRaven. Even though his excuse is pathetic in itself, I'm sure the real reason is that he wanted more power... or maybe it was just because he didn't know what he was doing and thought it would help if he constantly demoted and promoted people. (In fact, EJRaven demoted the founder of the original NSider2 at the same time as me. This founder agreed with EJRaven and they started the IPB version together.)

The deal with the NSider replacement forums is that they aren't led by people who have experience. The founders either got there first or had a lot of money. I don't even know if EJRaven was much of an NSider... he really didn't care about uniting the NSiders, he just wanted to run a Nintendo community. I tried preaching the "save the community, don't start a new one" deal, but it didn't matter. If only someone more mature or someone with experience had started one it may haven been better. Hopefully these disaster forums will show the NSiders that it wasn't so bad at NSider as some people say it is.

I also heard that EJ really wasn't much of an NSider, he apparently was there for a month until he was banned for arguing with staff.

He just took the chance to open something that would likely be successful because of NSider shutting down, to make his look good and experience, or something. He probably didn't have much experience with Administration before NS2.

Yes, and like I started explaining before, NSider2 shouldn't actually be his. He wasn't the one to get the members (and if there were a lot of members, that made it "successful" because more people would join).

He went to NSider2 and told the admin that he would pay for an IPB board (bad move on the founder's part... people need to realize that free isn't a bad thing). He had total control of the IPB one of course and he did it how he wanted. He basically had the other guy bring his members over... well he later demoted that guy at the same time as me. He was later promoted back to his position, but I don't know if he got demoted again. I would have been promoted back to my position as well, but I wasn't about to lie and pretend I was OK with EJ's decisions. I tried to get some of the other admins to back me up, but they'd stayed out of it to save themselves. It was all about power of course.

You really should bring this up with EJ or something. People treat him like god, but even with the forum god powers he has, he rally isn't much of a decent one.

What do you mean bring it up with EJ? EJ is the problem I'm talking about.
