How do I stop getting notifications on a thread I am subscribed to? I am not sure I am asking this in the right place, but after looking around the site for a bit I couldn't find an answer. It is probably very obvious but I am missing something lol.

The same way you subscribed to the thread. Go to the thread you are subscribed to, then on the top right bar go to thread tools > unsubscribe from thread.
