To you guys Tia in tier two like number five to eight what is a reasonable sell out for her...ai am new with selling don't want to be taken or ask too much.

Well, let me go by my limited experience (i.e., pull some numbers out of my rear end without even checking to make sure the in-game bells and TBT values correspond): if high-end or buyout for 'tier 1' tends to be 25-30 million or 800-1000 TBT, mid-level tends to be 15-20 million or 500-700 TBT, and low-end tends to be 5-15 million or 200-500 TBT, then I would say a 'tier 2' would better top off (i.e., the highest I would go, though most likely not that high) with the low-end estimate for a 'tier 1,' or more probably go with a lower amount. More realistically, I have seen some 'tier 2' villagers being sold for 100-300 TBT, so whatever in-game bell amounts you choose might best correspond with those TBT amounts.

This was very helpful to me at the time, I think they added a guide to the tiers and some numbers recently, maybe trying to control out of hand high end bids, wish I had seen it when Marshall left as let it open to people have a time but not a buyout my winners abandoned me when a new auction opened and I practically gave him up, got a tip but glad I gave to who I did as the ones bidding were cycler resells I now see, that should be wrong but you can't control what people do only ask they not resell.

I am being told 100 TBT has jumped to close to 4 mil not sure. There is now a chart on pricing and likely on TBT but will leave this open as was a helpful reference that others may update for those who do not see those boards.
