Not receiving cookies/tickets from event?

I participated in the event to catch butterflies (I completed all goals associated with it) and I got a notice that said that I should be getting two free cookies and 50 leaf tickets for participating, but I never received them in my mailbox. Is there something special I have to do to claim them??
