Shop Not received my bells

Over several days I have not received my bells from selling to the outside box when the shop is closed ,I receive the call but my bells don't appear , has anyone else had this issue ?

Have you checked your ABD?

I keep tally of what's in and it hasn't changed , this only happens when I use the box outside
