Buying Normal Tree Saplings

In preparation for the Cherry Blossom Festival, I want to plant normal trees around my town because I cut most of them down due to me remodeling. I mainly want them soon for the Cherry Blossoms and because of the fact that T&T Emporium sells the pine tree saplings sometimes. I plan to put some surrounding the Plaza. Please, if you have any spare normal saplings, can I buy them for you?

Also, how many trees can grow in one part of town? I plan to have at least seventeen surrounding the town plaza.
