Oh I'm sorry I'm constantly losing things, thought I'd lost my acnl cartridge only the other day in fact. Ended up finding it on my bed, it had just blended in with the colour of my duvet. I hope you can find it soon, it's so upsetting to lose your town

Try thinking really hard about where it could be, and retrace your steps. That always helps, and also don't stress out too much over it because that doesn't help. It was probably just misplaced and i'm sure it will show up somewhere. Good luck and let us know if you find it - we'll be here.

I lost an ACNL cartridge once, and I couldn't find it for about a half a year and eventually gave up on it. One day my mom was mopping the floor and lifted up the rug to wash it, and there it was. I have no idea how it got there, probably our cats.
Luckily I didn't have much data on that cartridge and I ended up deleting the town anyway.

aha i lost my cartridge once, turns out it fell inside my school backpack. it was summer so i never bothered to look at it. i was sad and moping for weeks. right before school started i cleaned out my backpack and found it there, very good day.
